Privacy policy.
In short: we only use your data to reply to you and to work together. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising without your consent.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by legal company name, registered office address, tax ID CUI, Trade Register no. J.../.../... ("Growfluence", "we"). We are the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we collect
- From the contact form: name, email, brand, monthly budget, the services you're interested in and your message.
- When you email us directly: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access, logged automatically by our hosting provider for security and operation.
- Preferences: your cookie choices, saved in your browser (see section 8).
We don't collect sensitive data, and we ask you not to include it in messages.
3. Why we use your data, and the legal basis

4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects:
12 monthsafter the last contact. - Client data: for the duration of the collaboration, then as long as accounting law requires.
- Server logs:
30 days. - Data processed on the basis of consent: until you withdraw it.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your data. Only the providers that help us operate can access it, under contract and only as far as necessary:
- website hosting: Vercel Inc.;

- traffic statistics, only with your consent:
analytics tool, e.g. Plausible.
We only disclose data to authorities when the law requires us to.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place: a European Commission adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. Confirm which providers transfer data outside the EEA
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.

8. Cookies and local storage
The site only uses what it needs to work. Analytics or marketing tools load only if you accept them.

9. Security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Children
Our services are for companies and brands. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
